1. What services does SOFTLY DIGITAL provide?
We offer digital marketing, SEO, advertising support, website development and related business services, as well as accounting, GST and income tax consultancy. The exact work, deliverables, schedule and price are confirmed in your quotation or written agreement.
2. Do you sell digital products or courses?
Yes. Selected e-books, guides, templates, courses or software products may be available on our website or through a third-party platform. Check each product page for what is included, how access is delivered and the seller responsible for support.
3. How do I purchase a product or request a service?
For an available digital product, follow the purchase instructions on its product page and review the price and delivery details before paying. To discuss a service, use our contact page or WhatsApp. We will confirm the scope and payment terms before an assignment begins.
Payments, Access and Refunds
4. What are your payment terms for client services?
For an agreed accounting or tax consultancy assignment, the usual advance is 20%, with the remaining 80% payable when the agreed work is completed. For an agreed digital marketing, SEO or website assignment, the usual advance is 50%, with the remaining 50% payable when the agreed work is completed. Advertising campaign budgets are separate from our service fee. Your quotation, invoice or MOU sets out the terms for your assignment.
5. When will I receive a digital purchase?
After successful payment, eligible digital products are normally provided by email, on the confirmation page, or through a customer account or third-party platform. Some products need account setup or activation. The product page or purchase confirmation explains the delivery method that applies to your purchase.
6. What should I do if my download or access link does not arrive?
First check your spam, junk and promotions folders. Then email supports@softlydigital.com with your name, product name, order number or payment reference, and the email address used at checkout. We will help check your order and restore access where appropriate.
7. Can I cancel an order or request a refund?
Digital products are normally non-refundable once download or access has been provided. We review issues such as duplicate charges, wrong products and access failures. Service cancellation and refunds depend on the signed MOU or written agreement, work already completed, committed costs and applicable law. Please read the refund policy shown for your purchase and contact us with your payment details if you need a review.

8. Are products you review always sold by SOFTLY DIGITAL?
No. Some reviews discuss products sold by independent sellers, and some links may be affiliate links. If you buy from a third-party seller, its checkout, delivery, support and refund terms apply. Our Disclaimer explains how we handle affiliate content.
9. Do you guarantee rankings, leads or sales?
No. We agree on the work we will perform and communicate the scope clearly, but search rankings, advertising results, leads and sales depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not promise a specific business result.
10. How can I discuss a project or collaboration?
